Ingredients
Dough
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
350 ml Milk, whole milk
-
220 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
1 dl Water
-
1 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower
-
1 teaspoon Sugar, white
-
1 pinch Salt, table
Filling
-
1 cup Nuts, almonds, roasted, unsalted
-
1 cup Sweet cream
-
1 teaspoon Alcohol, Rum
-
2 spoons Sugar, white
-
1 cup Nuts, Brazilian, dried
-
1 cup Raisins
-
6 spoon Syrup, chocolate
-
1 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower
Steps
-
Prepare the pancake batter from the ingredients.
-
Add a drop of oil to the pan, spread it evenly, and place the pan on the stove. Heat the pan well and pour in the first ladle of batter. Spread the batter evenly across the pan so there are no holes and the layer is as uniform as possible. Cook the pancake on one side – you can use a wooden spatula to lift the pancake and check if it’s cooked. Then flip the pancake and cook the other side. Place the cooked pancakes on a warmed plate. Repeat the process until you have enough pancakes or use up all the batter.
-
In a bowl, mix ground almonds, sugar, rum, and sweet cream. Spread the prepared mixture onto the pancakes, roll them up, and place them on plates. Sprinkle with nuts and raisins, and drizzle with chocolate.

Advice
For a better taste, you can add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter. Pancakes can also be cooked with coconut oil.
