Ingredients
-
5 dl Sweet cream
-
70 g Sugar, white
-
1 piece Vanilla, extract, natural
-
1 dl Milk, whole milk
-
1 bag Gelatin powder, unsweetened
-
pieces Vinegar, balsamic
-
pieces Mint
Steps
-
Soak the gelatin in milk for 10 minutes to allow it to swell. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with the tip of a knife.
-
Pour the sweet cream into a pot and add sugar, vanilla seeds (or vanilla sugar), and heat the mixture slowly while stirring. Add the soaked gelatin and milk, and continue stirring for 2 to 3 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Be careful not to let the mixture boil!
-
Rinse the molds or cups with cold water and fill them with the prepared mixture. Cover with transparent foil to prevent a skin from forming on the surface, then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to allow the panna cotta to cool and set completely.
-
The chilled dessert can be turned out onto a plate or served directly in the container. Drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
