Ingredients

400 g Tomato, pieces - can

400 g Sugar, white

1 teaspoon Spices, ginger, ground

3 spoons Alcohol, Liqueur, Crème de Menthe

8 g Gelatin powder, unsweetened

1 l Milk, whole milk

1 l Sweet cream

1 teaspoon Lemon, fresh, without shell

5 drops Vanilla, extract, natural

12 teaspoon chocolate, dark
Steps

Drain the cherry tomatoes well. Add them to a pot along with 150 g of sugar, ginger, and anise liqueur. Place the pot on the stove. Mix the ingredients well and cook over moderate heat for 25 minutes. Stir the marmalade occasionally while cooking.

Meanwhile, soak the gelatin in enough cold water and let it sit for 10 minutes to swell. In another pot, slowly bring a mixture of milk, sweet cream, 250 g of sugar, and grated lemon zest to a boil. Once the mixture boils, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the gelatin and vanilla extract.

Let the prepared mixture cool slightly, then pour it into 12 glasses. Wait for the mixture to cool to room temperature, then cover the glasses with transparent food wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours to allow the mixture to set.

Serve the chilled dessert with the tomato marmalade and grated chocolate.
