Panna Cotta with Liquid Strawberry Center
A popular creamy dessert with a fruity surprise. If you dont like strawberries, you can also use raspberries or blueberries.

150 g Sugar, white

200 ml Milk, whole milk

200 ml Sweet cream

pieces Vanilla, extract, natural

20 g Gelatin powder, unsweetened

500 ml Sweet cream
Strawberry center

200 g Strawberries

50 g Powdered sugar
Steps

Panna Cotta: Soak the gelatin in cold water. In a small pot, heat the milk, sugar, sweet cream, and vanilla. Remove from heat and strain. Add the soaked gelatin and mix well until it completely dissolves. Cool to room temperature. Once the mixture is adequately cooled, gently fold in the whipped sweet cream.

Strawberry Center: Mix the strawberries and sugar into a strawberry puree, spread it in a baking dish, and place it in the freezer for 20 minutes. Once the strawberry puree is set, take it out of the freezer and quickly shape it into strawberry balls.

Assembling the Dessert: Fill the panna cotta molds two-thirds full with the prepared cream mixture. Place a strawberry ball in the center. Fill the molds to the top with the cream mixture. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set and cool thoroughly.

Carefully unmold the set dessert onto a plate. Decorate as desired and serve immediately.
