Parfait with Greek Yogurt, Chocolate Granola, and Mango
This is definitely one of the quickest desserts to prepare, and it’s also very healthy. We can enjoy it for breakfast, as a dessert after lunch, or even as a snack at work.

300 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

1.5 teaspoons Honey

1 cup Oat bran, raw

1 piece Mango, fresh

Pour Greek yogurt into a bowl and mix it smoothly with honey. Peel the mango and slice it into pieces, then cut them into small chunks.

Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the dessert. First, add a little granola to each glass, followed by some mango chunks. Then, add two tablespoons of Greek yogurt to each glass and sprinkle granola on top. Decorate with mango pieces and serve the dessert immediately or store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
