Ingredients
- 200 g Cheese, Parmesan, hard

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a low baking tray with baking paper and draw circles of any size on it. Finely grate the Parmesan.

Fill the inside of the circles with the grated Parmesan. Make sure the layer of grated cheese is not too thin. Place the tray in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.

Remove the tray from the oven and wait for the melted cheese to harden. Once cooled, break the chips into smaller pieces or crumble them as desired.

Advice
If you dont feel like drawing circles on the baking paper, you can spread the grated cheese on the paper in the shape of a square or rectangle. Grated Parmesan can be mixed with dried herbs, spices, or seeds to create different flavors.
