Ingredients
Marinade

Thoroughly wash the meat and pat it dry with paper towels. Wash the lemon thoroughly and grate about one teaspoon of zest. Then cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from both halves. In a large bowl, mix the grated zest with oil, pepper, salt, and half of the lemon juice, saving the other half for later. Submerge the meat in the prepared marinade and store it in a covered bowl in the refrigerator for about two hours.

Cut the roasted pepper pieces into thin, not too long strips, and slice the olives into rings. Thoroughly wash the parsley and chop it finely. Also, wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.

Place a pot with about four liters of salted water on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Then add the pasta and cook it for the time indicated on the package. Take the bowl with the chicken meat out of the refrigerator, remove the meat from the marinade, and pat it dry with paper towels if necessary. Place a larger pan on the stove, heat it up, and then add oil. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken meat in the pan and brown it on both sides (about 6 minutes per side). Be careful not to overheat the pan! Cut the cooked meat into not too long strips.

Drain the cooked pasta well and transfer it to a large bowl. Add the meat, olives, peppers, tomatoes, and season everything with salt, pepper, olive oil, and the reserved lemon juice. Sprinkle the salad with chopped parsley, then mix all the ingredients well. Distribute the prepared salad onto deep plates and crumble feta cheese on top. Serve the prepared dish.

Advice
It is best to use organic lemons, whose peel is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, soak the lemon in hot water for a few minutes and wipe it thoroughly to remove the wax, which contains toxins. When cooking pasta, follow the rule of using 1 liter of water for every 100 grams of pasta. For every liter of water, use 10 to 12 grams of salt.
