Pasta Salad with Ham

Ingredients

2 cups Pasta, Macaroni

10 pieces Tomato, red

3 pieces Carrot, fresh

250 g Broccoli, fresh

300 g Ham, pressed

200 g Cheese, edamame

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

5 spoon Oil, olive

4 spoon Lemon, fresh, without shell
Steps

Place the cooled pasta in a bowl. Wash the vegetables thoroughly and dry them with a paper towel. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the pasta.

Place a larger pot on the stove and add the broccoli and carrot. Cover them with water, add salt, and bring to a boil, then reduce the temperature and cook for another 10 minutes. Drain and cool the carrot and broccoli.

Slice the carrot into rounds and mix it with the pasta, then break the broccoli into smaller florets and add it to the bowl with the other ingredients.

Dice the cooked ham and cheese and add them to the pasta. Season the salad with salt, lemon juice, and oil. Mix well and serve on plates.

Advice
If desired, you can mix in sour cream or yogurt into the salad. When cooking pasta, follow the rule of using 1 liter of water for every 100 g of pasta, and 10 to 12 g of salt per liter of water.
