Steps
- Place the cooled pasta in a large bowl. Thoroughly wash the young spinach and dry it with a paper towel. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips. Add the spinach, tomatoes, and grated Parmesan to the bowl with the pasta. Mix everything well, season with salt to taste, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, and serve.
