Pasta with Asparagus

500 g Pasta, Macaroni

125 g Cheese, goat, soft

30 g Oil, olive

3 pods Garlic, fresh

500 g Asparagus, fresh

Cut the goat cheese into pieces (or grate it). Peel the garlic, crush it, and chop it finely. In a small bowl, mix the goat cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Set the mixture aside. Wash the asparagus, trim the woody ends, and cut them into pieces.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook for eight to ten minutes. Drain the pasta immediately and transfer it to a bowl. Bring another pot of salted water to a boil and add the asparagus. Cook for three minutes until tender, then drain.

Add the cheese and seasoning mixture to the cooked pasta along with the asparagus. Gently mix everything together, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
