Steps

Place a pot with a generous amount of salted water on the stove. Once the water boils, add the pasta and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Rinse the herbs under running water if needed and dry them. Combine them with the avocado flesh, peeled garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, ground chili, and nutritional yeast in a blender or food processor. Blend the ingredients finely, then gradually add the broth while mixing until you achieve a medium-thick sauce. Adjust the seasoning with salt if necessary.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it well but reserve about 2-3 tablespoons of the cooking water. Return the drained pasta to the pot and pour the prepared sauce over it. Mix well to ensure the sauce is evenly distributed, then serve the dish on plates and enjoy immediately.
