Pasta with Broccoli

Ingredients

500 g Broccoli, fresh

400 g Pasta, noodles, fresh

300 g Cheese, creamy

6 spoon Milk, whole milk

2 pinch Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, white
Steps

Place a pot with a generous amount of salted water on the stove (see advice). While waiting for the water to boil, wash the broccoli and divide it into florets of roughly equal size. Add the florets to the boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes.

Remove the broccoli florets from the pot with a slotted spoon, and add the pasta to the pot. Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package. Be careful not to overcook it.

In a wide bowl, mix cream cheese and milk. Slowly heat over moderate heat, stirring occasionally. Once the sauce is warm, add the blanched broccoli and mix well. Season with pepper and salt to taste.

Drain the cooked pasta well and add it to the bowl. Remove the bowl from the heat and mix the pasta with the sauce. Serve the prepared dish on plates and enjoy.

Advice
When cooking pasta, follow the rule of using 1 liter of water for every 100 grams of pasta. For every liter of water, use 10 to 12 grams of salt. Optionally, before serving, sprinkle toasted pine nuts and grated Parmesan over the prepared pasta.
