Pasta with Broccoli and Avocado

With simple additions like olive oil, lemon juice, and spices, we create a nutritious and very tasty meal that we will surely reach for more than once.

Ingredients

200 g Pasta, Macaroni

1 piece Broccoli, fresh

1 piece Avocado, fresh

Place a pot with a larger amount of water for cooking pasta on the stove. Just before the water boils, add salt to increase the boiling power. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package.

Clean the broccoli, wash it, and divide it into larger florets, which you add to the pot with the pasta during the last four minutes of cooking. Drain the cooked pasta and broccoli.

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, then use a spoon to scoop out the flesh from the skin. Mash half of the avocado with a fork, and cut the other half into chunks.

Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Add the mashed avocado and the drained pasta along with the broccoli. Mix well and season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Finally, mix in the avocado chunks. Remove the pan from the heat and serve the pasta on plates. If desired, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of ground chili. Serve.

Advice
