250 g Meat, chicken, breasts

3 twigs Parsley, fresh
Steps

Rinse the chicken fillets under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Cut the meat into pieces approximately 2 centimeters in size. Place a pot with about five liters of salted water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then add the pasta and cook it for the time indicated on the package.

While the pasta is cooking, place a larger pan on the stove and heat the oil. Add the meat pieces to the hot oil and cook them over moderate heat for about 10 minutes. Turn them several times during cooking to ensure they are evenly browned on all sides. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.

Thoroughly drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the meat. Mix everything well and remove the pan from the heat. Cut the tomatoes into pieces of any size and mix them into the pasta.

Serve the prepared pasta on plates, then rinse the parsley under running water, chop it coarsely, and sprinkle it over the pasta. Serve the dish while it is still warm.
