Pasta with Sausage
We cooked pasta that made our mouths water. To ensure we got enough vitamins, we spiced it up with bell peppers. Finally, we added sausages and got a first-class meal!

Ingredients

400 g Pasta, Macaroni

3 pieces Carniolan sausage

2 piece Bell pepper, green, fresh

150 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

125 ml Alcohol, Wine, Red

Thoroughly wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and stems, then cut them into smaller pieces. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly, rinse them quickly under running water if necessary, and slice them thinly with a sharp knife.

Place a pan on the stove and heat it up, then add oil. Quickly fry the sausage in the pan. Cook it for about 3 minutes on each side. Slice the sausage and keep it warm.

In the same pan with the remaining oil, sauté the onion, mushrooms, and bell peppers, then add the sliced sausage. Mix in the tomato pieces and cook the sauce over moderate heat for about 15 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour in the wine and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Meanwhile, place a large pot on the stove and fill it with an appropriate amount of salted water. Once the water boils, add the pasta and cook it for the time indicated on the package.

Thoroughly drain the cooked pasta and serve it in deep bowls. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve the prepared dish.

When cooking pasta, we follow the rule of using 1 liter of water for every 100 grams of pasta. For every liter of water, we use 10 to 12 grams of salt.
