Pasta with Seafood

400 g Pasta, Macaroni

pieces Oil, olive

1 piece Onion, raw

3 pods Garlic, fresh

1 pinch Chili peppers, red chili, dried

2 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

400 g Tomato, red

400 g Shellfish, abalone

1 spoon Carp, soaked

pieces Parsley, fresh
Steps

Finely chop the onion, garlic, peeled tomatoes, and parsley separately. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil to cook the pasta.

In a larger pan, heat olive oil and sauté the onion for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and chili, sauté for another minute, then pour in the wine and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the peeled tomatoes, stir, and cook for 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, start cooking the pasta so that it will be al dente by the time the tomato sauce with seafood is ready.

Add the seafood and capers to the tomato sauce, stir, and cook for another 3 minutes. If using frozen seafood, slightly extend the cooking time.

Mix in the parsley, season with salt and pepper. Stir well, then combine everything with the cooked pasta and serve.
