Ingredients
-
400 g Pasta, noodles, fresh
-
150 g Olives, black, in brine
-
60 g Carp, soaked
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
0.25 piece Onion, raw
-
4 twig Parsley, fresh
-
1 spoon Juice, lemon
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1.5 dl Soup base, chicken, cube
-
20 g Butter, unsalted
-
40 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
Steps
-
Peel the garlic and onion. Pit the olives if necessary. Wash the parsley and dry it well. Finely chop all the ingredients for the sauce.
-
Place a large pot with a generous amount of salted water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then add the pasta. Cook it for one minute less than indicated on the package. At the beginning of cooking, stir the pasta a few times with a spoon to prevent sticking.
-
Mix the chopped ingredients (parsley, garlic, onion, olives, and capers) in a bowl. Add a bit of lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Drain the cooked pasta.
-
Pour the prepared sauce into a pan, add a bit of fish stock, and heat it up. Add the drained pasta and mix everything well. If needed, add a bit more fish stock.
-
Remove the pan from the heat and mix in a bit of butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve the prepared dish on plates and enjoy.
