- Spiciness: 1
- Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
400 g Pasta, noodles, fresh
-
50 ml Oil, olive
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
pieces Chili peppers, red chili, dried
-
340 g Fish, tuna, in oil
-
200 g Arugula
-
pieces Salt, table
-
pieces Juice, lemon
-
pieces Cheese, Parmesan, grated
Steps
-
Place a pot with a larger amount of water for cooking pasta on the stove. Just before the water boils, add salt to increase the boiling intensity. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until it is still firm to the bite (cooked 'al dente').
-
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Heat olive oil in a large pan and quickly sauté the chopped garlic and chili flakes. Add the drained tuna and break it into smaller pieces with a spoon.
-
Just before draining the pasta, reserve about a deciliter of the cooking liquid. Add the drained pasta along with the arugula to the pan with the tuna. Gently mix everything together and add enough of the reserved liquid so the pasta is not dry. Season the dish to taste with salt, freshly ground pepper, and lemon juice.
-
Serve the prepared pasta on plates, sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese, and serve.
