400 g Tomato, pieces - can

425 g Fish, tuna, in brine

Steps

Drain the tuna. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Wash and chop the parsley. Clean the mushrooms, rinse them quickly, dry them, and slice them. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes. Drain the cooked pasta well and keep it warm.

Peel and chop the garlic. Heat oil in a large pan, add the garlic and mushrooms, and sauté while stirring for 5 minutes. Add the canned tomatoes, bring to a boil, and let it simmer for 3 minutes.

Add the tuna, cherry tomatoes, and pasta. Mix well, heat through, season with salt and pepper. Divide onto plates, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
