Pasta with Tuna Cream Sauce
A quick and easy meal prepared using any type of pasta. The sauce is made while the pasta is cooking.

Ingredients

400 g Pasta, Macaroni

2 spoons Butter, unsalted

2 pod Garlic, fresh

2 dl Sweet cream

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

pieces Thyme, raw

pieces Salt, table

250 g Fish, tuna, in brine
Steps

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Cook it for the time indicated on the package.

Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the juice.

In a large pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic over medium heat for about two minutes. Then, add the cream and a ladle of the pasta cooking water.

Add the lemon zest, lemon juice (to taste), and parsley. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, and simmer it over moderate heat for 3 minutes.

Finally, mix in the drained and flaked tuna, and add a bit more pasta cooking water if needed.

Drain the cooked pasta and mix it into the sauce. Serve the prepared dish on plates and enjoy.
