Pasta with Zucchini and Goat Cheese

Steps

Place a large pot with an appropriate amount of salted water on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Meanwhile, cut the goat cheese into smaller pieces, thoroughly wash the zucchini, dry it, and slice it into very thin rounds.

Add the pasta to the pot of boiling water and cook it for the time indicated on the package. Meanwhile, place a pan on the stove and heat it well, then add oil. Fry the zucchini rounds in the oil for about 3 minutes. Stir the zucchini frequently while frying to ensure they cook evenly on both sides.

Thoroughly drain the cooked pasta, mix it well with the fried zucchini, and season to taste with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Serve the pasta in deep bowls and sprinkle the warm pasta with pieces of goat cheese. Serve immediately.
