Ingredients
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh
-
2 piece Small pumpkins
-
0.5 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
30 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
-
pieces Salt, table
-
200 g Pasta, Macaroni
Steps
-
Place a pot with a larger amount of water for cooking pasta on the stove. Just before the water boils, add salt to increase the boiling power. Add the pasta to the salted boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package.
-
Clean the zucchini, wash them, and cut them in half lengthwise. Grate them as desired. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Wash the chili, clean it (remove the stem and seeds), and cut it into small pieces.
-
Heat oil in a suitably large pan and sauté the garlic and chili for 2 minutes while constantly stirring. Add the grated zucchini and sauté everything together for another 5 to 6 minutes while stirring.
-
Just before draining the cooked pasta, pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the pasta cooking liquid into the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest, mix the sauce well, and add the drained pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, mix everything well, season with pepper to taste, and add salt if needed. Serve on plates and enjoy immediately.
