300 g Meat, beef, shoulder

150 g Cheese, feta

1 bouquet Thyme, raw

Slice the cooled pastrami into 3 mm thick slices. Cut the feta cheese into larger cubes. Place the chive stems in a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let them sit for 1 to 2 minutes to soften, then drain and dry them.

Arrange the pastrami slices on the counter. Place a piece of feta cheese crosswise on each slice and roll them up. Tie a chive stem around each roll. Be careful not to tie too tightly, as the stem may break.

Arrange the prepared snacks on a plate and serve to guests.
