Ingredients
-
2 dl Water
-
70 g Butter, unsalted
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
100 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
3 pieces Egg, fresh
-
1 bag Pudding, vanilla
-
0.5 l Milk, whole milk
-
80 g Sugar, white
-
175 g Cheese, creamy
-
100 g Marmalade, orange
-
2 dl Sweet cream
-
250 g Strawberries
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 205 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish for brownies (approximately 30 x 30 cm in size).
-
In a saucepan, add water, butter, and a pinch of salt. When the butter melts and the water starts to boil, add the flour and start mixing to eliminate lumps. Cook for another 2-3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the dough begins to form a ball.
-
Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes, then gradually mix in the eggs one by one until you get a smooth and shiny dough. You can use an electric mixer to help with this.
-
Spread the dough evenly in the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove the baked pastry from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
-
Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the package, but without sugar. While it cools, mix cream cheese, sugar, and jam in one bowl, and whip the cream in another bowl.
-
First, mix the pudding into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the whipped cream. Spread the cream over the pastry. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
-
Before serving, top the pastry with strawberries that have been cut into quarters.
