Peach and Green Tea Ice Cream Pops
The ice cream we buy in stores or ice cream shops is creamy and stable due to a special ingredient called invert sugar. This ingredient also ensures that the sugars in the ice cream do not crystallize. While the preparation is somewhat time-consuming, once made, it can be stored for a long time.

Ingredients
-
0.5 kg Peach, fresh
-
2 dl Tea, cooked
-
50 g Powdered sugar
Steps
-
Brew green tea using two deciliters of water. To extract maximum flavor, let the mixture steep for a good two minutes. After two minutes, strain the tea and let it cool.
-
Wash the peaches, remove the pits, and cut them into smaller pieces. Place the pieces in a tall and narrow container and blend them into a smooth puree using an immersion blender.
-
Mix the peach puree with the cooled tea. Sweeten the mixture with invert sugar. Pour the fruit mixture into tall and narrow glasses. Insert a wooden stick into each glass to make it easier to remove the pops later.
-
Place the glasses in the freezer for at least three hours to allow the fruit mixture to freeze completely.

Advice
Invert sugar ensures that the pops are beautifully creamy and do not start melting immediately in the heat.
