100 g Sweet cream

Peel the peaches and remove the pits. Cut the flesh into smaller pieces and place them in a food processor. Add lemon juice and powdered sugar, then blend everything into a thick puree.

Pour the sweet cream into a larger bowl and whip it firmly with an electric mixer. Mix the peach puree with pine nuts, then slowly fold it into the sweet cream. Mix carefully and slowly. Pour the prepared mixture into a metal container, seal it, and place it in the freezer for about 6 hours. Stir the mixture well several times during freezing.

Advice
Pour the mixture into a flat metal container that conducts heat best, or you can use an ice cream maker. Keep in mind that the ice cream maker should only be filled up to two-thirds with the mixture, as it expands during freezing. Store the ice cream in the freezer in well-sealed containers to prevent it from absorbing other odors. Ice cream that has been in the freezer for more than 12 hours should be placed in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes before use.
