Peach Melba
A dessert made from fruit, cream, and ice cream, which is not for children but will be very much enjoyed by adult guests. The perfect finishing touch to any festive dinner.

600 g Peach, fresh

150 g Powdered sugar

8 cl Alcohol, Rum

80 g Jam

125 ml Sweet cream

2 spoons Powdered sugar

40 g chocolate, dark

40 g Nuts, almonds

250 g Ice cream, vanilla
Steps

Wash the peaches. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the peaches for 2 minutes. Remove them with a slotted spoon, peel, halve, and remove the pits.

Place the peach halves in a bowl, sprinkle with powdered sugar, pour over brandy, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Mix the raspberry jam with a spoonful of water to create a smooth mixture. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar. Evenly distribute the ice cream into four glass cups. Place the peach halves on top. Drizzle with the raspberry sauce and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and almond slivers.
