Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Energy balls made from peanut butter, oats, and dried cranberries are a great snack to enjoy before or after a workout. For preparation, you will need an electric chopper or a stand mixer, and you can also make these balls in advance to have them on hand.

Ingredients

100 g Oat bran, raw

50 g Seeds, sunflower, peeled, dried

50 g Cranberries, dried

1 spoon Flaxseed

80 g Peanut butter, coarse

3 spoons Honey

1 pinch Salt, table

Steps

First, add the dry ingredients to the mixer: oats, sunflower seeds, cranberries, and flaxseeds. Mix well until the ingredients are finely chopped.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add honey and peanut butter, and mix until the ingredients combine into a uniform mass. If desired, you can also add a pinch of salt and/or a little ground cinnamon.

Once the mixture is ready, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the mixture to set better.

Shape the chilled mixture into medium-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate the sheet for another 30 minutes, after which the balls are ready to serve.
