Ingredients

125 g Butter, unsalted

500 g Sugar, brown

120 ml Milk, whole milk

250 g Peanut butter, smooth

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, imitation

300 g Powdered sugar
Steps

Place a saucepan on the stove and slowly melt the butter over low heat. Once the butter has melted, add the sugar and milk. Stir until all the sugar has dissolved, then let the mixture simmer over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the peanut butter and vanilla extract into the liquid mixture.

In a larger bowl, sift the powdered sugar and pour the hot sugar and peanut butter mixture over it. Use a wooden spoon to thoroughly mix the ingredients until they form a thick dough.

Line a smaller square baking dish (approximately 20 x 20 cm) with parchment paper. Transfer the peanut butter mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly using a spoon or spatula. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for a few hours.

Once cooled and set, remove the peanut butter mixture from the refrigerator and cut it into smaller squares. Serve on a serving plate or platter and enjoy.
