Ingredients
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
250 ml Sour cream
-
150 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
1 teaspoon Baking powder
-
150 g Sugar, white
-
200 g Semolina
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
60 g Butter, unsalted
-
pieces Pear, fresh
-
pieces Juice, lemon
-
pieces Powdered sugar
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. In a small cup, melt the butter over low heat. Grease a rectangular baking dish, approximately 35 x 25 cm, with the melted butter, and optionally line it with baking paper.
-
In a large bowl, mix the eggs and sour cream. Sift the flour, mixed with baking powder, sugar, breadcrumbs, and salt over the mixture. Stir the ingredients well with a hand whisk to form a medium-thick batter, then finally mix in the melted butter.
-
Pour the batter into the baking dish and spread it evenly over the entire surface, smoothing the top nicely.
-
Peel the pears, halve them, and remove the cores. Drizzle them with lemon juice, then cut each half into four pieces.
-
Arrange the pear pieces randomly over the batter in the baking dish. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes. It is done when it rises nicely and turns a golden brown color.
-
Allow the baked cake to cool partially before serving, then dust it with powdered sugar, cut into pieces, and serve.
