Peel the pears and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the stems and cores, then slice them into chunks. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Prepare a baking dish, grease it well, and sprinkle it with brown sugar. Arrange the pear chunks in the baking dish.

Cut the butter into cubes. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, almonds, and butter cubes. Use your hands to crumble the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs, then sprinkle it over the pears. Place the baking dish in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the top turns golden brown. Once the crumble is baked, cut it into smaller pieces, serve on plates, and enjoy.
