Penne allarrabbiata
In Slovenian, these penne would be called "angry penne" because it is a very spicy dish. Their popularity on the Italian peninsula stems from the fact that it is a snack often enjoyed by groups of friends after a night of partying or dancing in discos.

Ingredients
pasta
-
400 g Pasta, Macaroni
-
1 handful Salt, table
sauce
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
4 spoon Oil, olive
-
2 piece Chili peppers, red chili, dried
-
400 g Tomato, pieces - can
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
1 bouquet Parsley, fresh
Steps
-
Fill a large pot with water (at least 2 liters) and place it on the stove. When the water is almost boiling, add salt. Once the water boils, add the penne and a drop of oil, which prevents the penne from sticking together during cooking. Cook the penne for one minute less than the instructions on the package.
-
Wash the parsley, dry it, and chop it finely. Peel the garlic and chop it coarsely. Cut the chili, including the seeds, into smaller pieces. Halve the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and cut them into smaller pieces. Heat oil in a pan and quickly sauté the garlic and chili. Add the tomatoes and cook everything together for five minutes. Season with salt to taste.
-
Remove the pasta from the heat, drain it, and toss it into the pan with the hot sauce. Cook everything together for another minute, stirring well several times. Serve on plates and garnish with chopped parsley, which will slightly soften the spicy flavor of the sauce.
