Ingredients
-
500 g Pasta, Macaroni
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
400 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
200 g Spinach, raw
-
300 ml Sweet cream
-
pieces Salt, table

Steps
-
Place a pot with a generous amount of salted water for cooking pasta on the stove. Add the penne to the boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the package.
-
Wash and dry the spinach. Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
-
Heat oil in a pan and brown the seasoned chicken pieces until golden. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm. Add a little more oil to the pan if needed, then add the spinach. Wait for the leaves to wilt, then quickly sauté them.
-
Slice the chicken diagonally into strips and add them to the pan with the spinach. Season with lemon juice, then pour in the cream and a bit of the pasta cooking water. Mix well and cook the sauce over moderate heat for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove the pan from the heat.
-
Drain the cooked penne well and add it to the pan with the sauce. Mix thoroughly and adjust the seasoning if needed (salt, pepper, lemon juice). Serve the prepared dish on plates, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and serve immediately.
