150 g Broccoli, fresh

Steps

Drain the corn in a colander and rinse under running water. Wash the broccoli and tomatoes, then cut the broccoli into smaller florets and the tomatoes into quarters. Place a pot of water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then add the broccoli florets. Cook for about two minutes, then drain.

Place a pot with about five liters of salted water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then add the penne and cook for the time indicated on the package.

While the pasta is cooking, place a pan on the stove and heat the olive oil. Add the tomatoes to the heated oil and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the corn and broccoli florets and mix everything well. Season with salt to taste and cook for another two minutes.

Thoroughly drain the cooked penne and add them to the pan. Mix well with the prepared vegetable sauce and season with salt if needed. Serve the prepared pasta on plates and enjoy.
