Penne with Gorgonzola
Lets surprise our family or guests by preparing pasta with an excellent sauce made from gorgonzola and mushrooms, which are hidden among the penne.

Ingredients

400 g Pasta, Macaroni

100 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

1.5 dl Sweet cream

100 g Cheese, Gorgonzola

50 g Butter, unsalted

3 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps

Clean the mushrooms, wash them, and slice them. Place a pot with about a liter of salted water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then add the penne and cook for the time indicated on the package. Drain the cooked penne and keep them warm.

Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the sweet cream and a pinch of salt. Cook over moderate heat until the cream starts to simmer slightly. Reduce the heat, add the gorgonzola pieces and a pinch of pepper, and stir until the gorgonzola is completely melted.

Arrange the penne on plates, pour the prepared sauce over them, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Serve the dish.

Advice
