Ingredients
-
400 g Pasta, Macaroni
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
350 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh
-
5 slice Meat, pork, smoked bacon
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
4 twig Parsley, fresh

pieces Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Place a pot with a larger amount of water on the stove. Just before the water boils, add salt. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the package.
-
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the other ingredients. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth (if necessary, quickly rinse under running water) and slice them. Cut the prosciutto into smaller pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse the parsley sprigs under running water, shake them well, and finely chop them.
-
Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add the sliced mushrooms to the hot oil and quickly sauté them while stirring. Then add the prosciutto and garlic to the pan. Sauté everything together until the garlic becomes fragrant and the prosciutto pieces are slightly browned (1 to 2 minutes). Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the parsley.
-
Drain the cooked pasta well and add it to the pan. Mix everything well and season with pepper and salt to taste. Optionally, you can add a little more olive oil.
-
Serve the prepared pasta on plates and accompany it with a salad and a glass of good wine.

When cooking pasta, we follow the rule of using 1 liter of water for every 100 g of pasta. For every liter of water, use 10 to 12 g of salt. Prepared pasta can be topped with grated Parmesan before serving.
