Ingredients
-
250 g Fish, anchovies, fresh
-
1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
1 piece Bell pepper, yellow, fresh
-
1 piece Bell pepper, green, fresh
-
1 piece Chili peppers, jalapeƱo, fresh
-
5 spoon Oil, olive
Steps
-
Take the anchovies out of the jar and drain them thoroughly. Wash the chili pepper, cut off the stem, and slice it lengthwise, then chop it finely, including the seeds. Prepare a deep ceramic bowl, place the anchovies in it, and pour oil over them, then sprinkle with the chopped chili. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours to allow the ingredients to infuse well.
-
Thoroughly wash all three types of peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into wide strips. Place a larger pan on the stove and heat it well. Once the pan is hot, arrange the pepper pieces with the skin side down. Roast the peppers on one side only, for about 6 minutes. Repeat the process until all the pepper pieces are roasted.
-
Then arrange the peppers on plates. Place one anchovy in the center of each pepper piece and serve the prepared appetizer to your guests.

Advice
If desired, you can drizzle the prepared snacks with the oil in which the anchovies were marinated. Its best to place the bowl on the lower shelf of the refrigerator where the temperature is not too low.
