1 pinch Salt, table
Cream
-
125 g Nuts, macadamia
-
100 ml Oil, plant, coconut
-
4 spoon Syrup, maple
-
170 g Date, fresh or dried
-
120 ml Frying fat, coconut
-
2 spoons Sesame butter, tahini
-
1 pinch Vanilla, extract, natural
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 spoon Juice, lemon
-
125 ml Coconut milk
Dressing
-
120 ml Oil, plant, coconut
-
2 spoons Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
3 spoons Syrup, maple
-
1 pinch Salt, table
Steps
-
In a multiprocessor, add buckwheat and quickly grind it. Add coconut, salt, coconut oil, and dates. Mix the ingredients well again to get a thick, sticky mass. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly with clean hands, pressing it firmly to the bottom to create a uniform base.
-
In the multiprocessor, add all the ingredients for the caramel and blend them smoothly. Taste the cream and add a bit more maple syrup if needed. Pour the cream over the base in the baking dish. Place the dish in the refrigerator to let the cream cool slightly.
-
Finally, prepare the chocolate topping. Melt coconut oil over a water bath. Add sweetener and cocoa powder, and mix until you get a smooth chocolate mixture. Pour the mixture over the caramel cream and let the dessert sit in the refrigerator overnight to allow the caramel cream and chocolate topping to set.
-
The next day, take the dessert out of the refrigerator. Cut it into equal-sized squares, serve them on a nice plate or platter, and enjoy.
