45 g Sugar, white

45 ml Alcohol, Rum

1 pinch Salt, table

235 ml Sweet cream

1 spoon Sugar, white

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural

Steps

Wash the persimmons, remove the stems, cut them in half, and remove any seeds. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and place it in a blender. Add sugar, rum, and a pinch of salt, then blend everything into a smooth puree.

Using an electric mixer or whisk, beat the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

In wider glasses or bowls, first layer the whipped cream, then add the persimmon puree. Top with a dollop of cream and three almonds. Before serving, refrigerate the dessert for at least half an hour to chill.

Advice
