250 ml Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

120 ml Milk, whole milk

Steps

First, prepare the chia pudding. Mix the chia seeds well with yogurt, honey, milk, and vanilla essence. Store the mixture in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.

Wash and peel the persimmons. Add the fruit flesh to a bowl and mash it into a puree with a fork (you can also blend it with a hand mixer). Optionally, mix in a little ground cinnamon for flavor and a splash of lemon juice for freshness.

Prepare small glasses for serving the dessert. Fill them about 2/3 full with the persimmon puree, then top with the yogurt chia pudding. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
