Persimmons with Raisins and Walnuts

1 handful Walnuts

2 spoons Honey

Steps

Peel the persimmons and slice them into thin rings. Coarsely chop the walnuts. In a small bowl, mix honey and lemon juice.

Arrange the persimmon rings in a circle on the plate. Sprinkle raisins and chopped walnuts on top. Drizzle everything with the dressing and serve.
