Unroll the phyllo dough and place it on a low baking dish lined with parchment paper. Prick it with a fork in several places. Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes. The dough should remain light in color.

Spread dried tomatoes over the dough, then layer ham, sliced mozzarella, and sprinkle with spices. Pour over beaten eggs and add halved cherry tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Bake the prepared dough in the preheated oven for another 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges of the dough puff up and turn golden brown.
