Take one piadina and place two slices of cooked ham on one half. Spread the arugula and lettuce over the ham. Finally, add a few slices of mozzarella and tomato. Fold the piadina, place it on a plate, and serve. Repeat the same process to prepare the remaining three piadinas.

The prepared sandwiches can be quickly toasted in a hot pan or toaster. Instead of piadina, you can use tortilla. If you have freshly baked piadina, theres no need to heat it in the pan.
