Steps

Wash the cilantro, shake it dry, and chop the leaves. Wash the tomatoes, remove the green parts, and cut them into small pieces. Wash the chilies, cut them in half, remove the seeds, and chop them into smaller pieces. Peel the onion, wash it, and finely chop it.

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, season with salt and lime juice, and mix well. Serve as a side dish with meat, poultry, or fish, or as an appetizer with nachos and crackers.
