Steps

Grease a round baking dish (22 cm in diameter) with butter and line it with baking paper. Finely grind the cookies in a food processor. Mix them with melted butter. Pour the cookie mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly over the bottom and sides using your palm. Make sure to press the mixture firmly against the bottom and sides of the dish. Store the dish with the base in the refrigerator.

Chop or break the chocolate into pieces and melt them in a double boiler. Let the melted chocolate cool to room temperature.

Cut the tofu into smaller pieces and place them in a food processor (blender). Add the melted chocolate, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Blend until you get a completely smooth chocolate cream. Spread the cream over the cooled cookie base. Store the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).

Take the prepared pie out of the refrigerator. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, then slice it into pieces, serve on plates, and enjoy.
