Ingredients
-
400 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
4 spoon Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
8 spoon Breadcrumbs, dried
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
4 slice Cheese, edamame
-
4 slice Pineapple, compote
-
70 g Salad, ice
-
pieces Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
400 g Bread, wheat
Steps
-
Wash the chicken fillets and dry them with a paper towel. Beat the eggs in a deep plate, season with salt, and whisk with a fork or whisk. Pour flour into a second deep plate and breadcrumbs into a third plate.
-
Do not salt the fillets, but first coat them on all sides with flour, then dip them into the salted eggs, and finally roll them in breadcrumbs. The less you handle the fillets with your fingers, the better they will look in the end.
-
Pour oil into a larger pan and heat it well. Place the prepared fillets in the pan. Fry them on both sides over moderate heat until golden brown. Do not fry them at high temperature, as you will burn the breadcrumbs!
-
Place the fried fillets on paper towels to remove excess fat. Thoroughly wash the lettuce leaves and open a can of pineapple. Cut each bun in half, then layer with lettuce leaves and the chicken fillet. Place a slice of cheese and a slice of pineapple on top, and cover with the other half of the bun.
-
Arrange the prepared burgers on a tray (plates) and serve.

Advice
Fry in a large amount of fat. The food should float in it. For frying, use fats that do not contain water, such as coconut oil or good quality oil. The frying fat is hot enough when small bubbles form around a wooden spoon handle. The oil is properly heated when you dip a fork first into beaten eggs and then into the oil, causing it to sizzle.
