Pineapple Cream with Rum

Ingredients

25 g Butter, unsalted

1 can Pineapple, compote

3 spoons Alcohol, Rum

300 ml Sweet cream

Drain the pineapple well and cut it into very small pieces (reserve 4 slices for decoration). Place a pan on the stove and melt the butter in it. Roast the pineapple over moderate heat for about two minutes until it lightly browns.

Pour the rum into the pan and let it simmer for an additional two minutes, then remove the pan from the heat. Pour the cream into a bowl and whip it with a hand mixer until smooth. Mix in the roasted pineapple. Spoon the dessert into four glasses, decorate with pineapple slices, and serve immediately.
