400 g Pasta, Rice noodles

2 pod Garlic, fresh

1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh

1 can Lentils, raw

Place a pot with about 1.5 liters of salted water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then add the fusilli and cook them for the time indicated on the package.

Meanwhile, peel the onion and garlic, and chop them finely. Thoroughly wash the red pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into pieces. Drain the lentils, place them in a colander, and rinse under running water.

Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Add the onion and sauté until it becomes translucent. Then add the garlic, red pepper, lentils, and a little water, and cook for about 10 minutes.

Once the fusilli are cooked, drain them well, add them to the pan, and mix with the other ingredients. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the prepared pasta in deep bowls and offer it to your guests.
