600 ml Milk, whole milk

300 g Unsalted almond butter

300 ml Sweet cream

Place a saucepan with milk on the stove and heat it over moderate heat for about 3 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and soak the gelatin in the warm milk, waiting for it to dissolve. Meanwhile, finely chop 65 g of pistachios. Cut the marzipan into smaller pieces.

Combine all the ingredients in a larger bowl, add the sweet cream, and mix with a whisk until a smooth mixture forms. Carefully pour the mixture into glasses and refrigerate for 6 hours. Coarsely chop the remaining pistachios and sprinkle them over the cooled pudding. Serve the prepared pudding to your guests.
