200 g Meat, pork, smoked ham

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Wash the tomatoes and bell pepper, and remove the seeds. Cut the vegetables and ham into pieces.

Pour oil into a heated pan. Add the chopped onion and sauté it, stirring occasionally, until it becomes translucent and soft. Add the tomato, bell pepper, and ham, and sauté everything together for about 7 minutes to make a slightly thicker sauce.

Remove the pan from the heat and season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, and a mix of spices. Stir in the coarsely grated cheese.

Cut the bread rolls in half and arrange them in a baking dish. Top the halves with the prepared mixture, then place the dish in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Serve the warm bread rolls on plates and offer them immediately. You can serve a bowl of salad as a side dish.
